She obtained her elementary education from Community school Umuhu Eziudo and progressed to Eziudo Girls High school and attended till JSS three before transferring to Ngor Okpala High. She completed high school in 1990. In the same 1990, she obtained admission and completed her diploma in 1994 at the school of Nursing Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. In 1995 she pursed and obtained a midwifery certificate (1996) from the school of midwifery Aboh Mbaise, Imo State Nigeria. The same year (1996), she married and joined her husband, Ezeji Desmond Akuwudike Imoh (of Eziagbogu Mbaise) in the U.S., where she has practiced and administered in different health care arenas, including hospitals, nursing homes, and community care settings. She later became the assistant director at ADC Healthcare Services.

In 2009, Linda proceeded to obtain an Associate degree in Science at Collin County Community College where she finished Magna Cum Laude. She further completed her Bachelor’s in Nursing in 2012 at the University of Texas at Arlington where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. In 2015, Linda obtained her Master’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington with a focus in Family Practice, and from where she also obtained a graduate nurse educator certificate. She later sought a dual program for doctoral studies in nursing and Master’s in business administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She graduated from both programs in 2020 and 2019 respectively.

While in school, Linda started a road map for her vision. She established a company geared toward improving the lives of the people through provision of health care services, education and training, and motivational speeches; thus, My Health and Success Consulting, LLC provides different models of service delivery through her subsidiaries, HealthSuccess Clinic and Healthy House Call Providers.

Linda is an avid reader and empowerer with a forte for health promotion and disease prevention, as well as health and success empowerment through motivational speaking. In living her passion, Linda has individually and in collaboration with colleagues presented and developed programs focused on refining the health of the people, especially her native Africans, a commitment she carried to the University of Ghana, Accra when she presented to African nurses and midwives during a transformational leadership conference in 2019. Her drive to see Africa reformed showcased in a panel discussion during an African Diaspora Conference in 2019, where she joined voices with Dr. Arikana Chihombori-Quao and many others to enlighten Africans and the general public about Continental Free Trade opportunities and initiatives.

Linda embraces transformational approach to leadership, thus, in seeing the limitations of her fellow Nigerians in their pursuits of advanced careers and education, and in her quest to bring fellow Nigerian nurse practitioners and nurse practitioner students together, Linda started a “Support group” for Nigerian Nurse Practitioners in Dallas Texas in 2016. She later coordinated the transition of the “Support Group” to what is today known as the National Association of Nigerian Nurse Practitioners, USA, with chapters in thirteen (13) different states of the US and growing. She also believes her mission would be incomplete without empowering other girls and women to excel, hence, one of her previously long-term goals came to fulfilment in 2019 when she started GirlSuccess Foundation, a non-profit entity for women empowerment, Plus+, with much focus in Africa.

Through the Foundation, Linda has reached out to more than two hundred women in her home town during COVID-19 Pandemic. Seeing her work with women back in Nigeria, her global community called her to direct the global activities of women in her wider Community; hence, she was appointed the Director and Chairperson of Mbaise Global Foundation in 2021, where she worked with Mbaise women across the world to institute quarterly trainings on key areas of life for women and girls in Mbaise, and also established what is today known as MBAISE GLOBAL Women’s Day, an annual women empowerment day in Mbaise, Nigeria. She was the lone woman voice at the executive council of the Foundation, where she decried the desertion of women in positions of power. In 2025, Linda was called to the Board of Directors of Mbaise Leadership Forum, a global forum of key stakeholders of Mbaise worldwide.

Linda is affiliated to several professional organizations, served and serves in multiple committees and volunteers to the needy in the community through other functional organizations. Her mission is to improve the lives of the people, especially, young girls and women in Nigeria and Africa at large.

Linda appreciates her family - husband, mother, siblings, cousins, and her six wonderful children whose blessings and love are great inspirations for her undertakings. She also acknowledges her academic instructors and outstanding friends who have guided and supported her through her journeys. In recognizing her recent institutions in the USA, Linda remains grateful to the school of nursing Owerri and the school of Midwifery Aboh Mbaise, Imo State, Nigeria, and above all, to God almighty for a foundation that has blossomed into her current world.
