Effie founded Rainbow Medical Services, a London-based healthcare recruitment agency that has flourished for over 20 years. Her ventures now span healthcare, beauty, agriculture, and technology across three continents. She is also the author of the 7-Figure Business Owner Workbook and the creator of the 7-Figure Business Owner Framework — a structured methodology that equips women entrepreneurs to build foundations before scaling, conduct due diligence before risk, and lead with both faith and financial intelligence.
