Armed with an MBA in project management and finance, she has supported executive leadership, led complex initiatives, and mastered the art of transforming vision into execution.

 

Yet, alongside the corporate world, another dimension of her calling was unfolding.

 

As the founder and creative director of Euphoriaeventsbyjess and Jess Florals LLC, Jesca established herself in the luxury events industry, curating weddings and experiences that are not only visually captivating, but deeply intentional. Her work spans high-end celebrations across the United States, managing budgets ranging from $20,000 to over $100,000.

 

Her excellence has earned industry recognition, including The Knot Best of Weddings and WeddingWire Couple’s Choice Awards, with select events featured in Wed Society of North Texas. Jesca herself has been honored as Businesswoman of the Year, while Euphoria Events by Jess has been recognized as Business of the Year, a reflection of her unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation, and impact.

 

And still, there was more.

As scripture reminds us, “Be very careful, then, how you live-not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity” (Ephesians 5:15–16). This call to intentional living is not just a principle Jesca teaches-it is a life she embodies.
